Teela Neal

Teela joined the agency as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in 2014. She is a jack of all trades as she has handled and managed several desks in the agency, and worked with multiple producers and their clients, which has proven her to be a true team player. Prior to joining McDermott Costa, she worked at an insurance agency in Oakland for 8 years, where she started her insurance career as the backup Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk.
